What is the biggest problem I will have over time? The

Are you achieving that objective? Yes, consistently.
What about nicotine? Honestly, if you quit smoking right now,
at the end of about 72 hours there will be little or no trace of nicotine
in your blood stream. Once the nicotine is gone, there is no more physical
addiction and so lighting a cigarette after 72 hours is a habit problem
not a nicotine problem.
Is this why the first three days are critical? Yes. The mind

What if I really want to stop smoking but I get extremely emotional
every time I try? If you smoke to stifle sadness, anger, fears or
guilt, it will be difficult for you to stop smoking because you're
probably using your cigarettes to escape or stuff your feelings. In this

clearing the root cause of the emotions, actually quitting smoking will be
